Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a critical role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service and ensuring the store is well-organized and stocked.

Responsibilities

  • Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain a clean store environment.
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Monitor inventory levels and participate in store inventory counts.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and security measures.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register, equipment, and perform general cleaning duties.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Capability to work independently or in a team environment.
  • High school diploma preferred with retail experience a plus.
