Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital member of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide our customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies and Professional Skills guidelines.
  • Process customer purchases, maintain clean and organized displays, and assist customers.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Participate in inventory management and uphold cash handling policies.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
  • Proficiency in using store equipment and following company policies.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
  • Combination of education and experience will be considered.
