Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital member of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide our customers with an exceptional shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies and Professional Skills guidelines.
- Process customer purchases, maintain clean and organized displays, and assist customers.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Participate in inventory management and uphold cash handling policies.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
- Proficiency in using store equipment and following company policies.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
- Combination of education and experience will be considered.
