Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with team members.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays accurately.
  • Assist customers with their shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to management.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service.
  • Operate cash registers and store equipment efficiently.
