Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service, merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and maintain neat merchandise displays.
  • Provide courteous customer service and assist shoppers in their experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Conduct inventory tasks and report any issues or feedback to management.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Demonstrate prompt and courteous customer service skills.
  • Efficiently operate cash registers and store equipment.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is advantageous.
