Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of the store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details:

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service and assistance to shoppers.
• Stock shelves, set up merchandise displays, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Ensure accurate inventory counts and report any discrepancies.
• Operate cash registers efficiently and adhere to cash handling procedures.
• Follow company policies and procedures to maintain a secure and confidential environment.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Capable of handling and selling alcoholic beverages in compliance with local regulations.
