Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of the store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and maintain a clean shopping environment.
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Participate in inventory management and accuracy checks.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and security measures.

Qualifications

  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
  • Capable of operating store equipment and performing cleaning duties.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
