Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, stocking shelves, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. As a key member of the ALDI team, you will collaborate with colleagues and management to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Deliver excellent customer service, assist shoppers, and address inquiries.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy, provide feedback on products, and report any issues.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and minimize losses.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
