Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a full-time Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and collaborating with the ALDI team to provide exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and report any issues promptly.
• Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize losses.
• Follow company procedures while maintaining document security.
• Perform general cleaning duties to uphold store standards.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capable of working independently and within a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
