Job Description

Join ALDI as a Customer Service and Stock Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining a well-organized store, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the store team. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, assisting customers, and ensuring the store meets ALDI's high standards.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and issues
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Follow cash handling policies to minimize losses
• Adhere to company policies while maintaining document security
• Perform other assigned duties

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous service
• Efficient operation of a cash register
• Safe use of equipment like hand jacks, floor scrubbers, and balers
• Adherence to cleaning standards
• Excellent communication skills
• Capability to work independently and in a team
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

Educational & Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Retail work experience (preferred)
