Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring a positive customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P)
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
  • Participate in inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy
  • Adhere to cash policies and procedures
  • Comply with company policies and uphold data security
  • Perform other assigned duties

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to operate cash registers and equipment
  • Ensure store cleanliness to company standards
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior retail experience is a plus
