We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service, merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. Responsibilities

  • Stock merchandise and maintain product displays.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Follow company policies and procedures while ensuring a secure and welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment efficiently.
  • Experience in retail is preferred, but not required.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
