We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts
  • Adhere to cash policies and company procedures

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register
  • Capable of using store equipment and performing general cleaning tasks
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team
  • High school diploma preferred with prior retail experience
