Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the store is well-maintained.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and maintain neat merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Follow company policies and procedures, uphold security standards, and handle cash transactions.
• Participate in inventory management and perform general cleaning duties.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
