Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service, cashiering, stocking products, and maintaining the overall store appearance.
Position Type
- Full-Time
- 32-40 hours per week
Starting Wage
$17.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Conduct store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.
- Follow company policies, uphold security, and maintain confidentiality of data.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Prompt and courteous customer service skills.
- Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment.
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
