Responsibilities

• Assist customers with the return of rental cars, including greeting, key management, and recording car details.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout interactions.
• Contribute to maintaining accurate records in our computer systems.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Basic computer skills, including typing and data entry.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability and willingness to work outdoors and during all shifts.
