We are hiring Customer Service Representatives to join the Avis Budget Group team in Columbus. As a vital part of our enterprise, you will engage with customers, ensure a seamless rental car return process, and provide exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with returning rental vehicles.
• Record mileage, gas levels, and vehicle condition accurately.
• Enter data into the computer system efficiently.
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the interaction.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Basic computer skills including data entry.
• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work outdoors and all shifts.
• Previous retail customer service experience preferred.
