• Assist customers in various aspects of the rental or return process at our airport locations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service during interactions with customers.
• Perform tasks such as checking cars, processing rentals, and assisting at exit gates.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Basic computer skills and effective communication skills.
• Ability to work outdoors and flexibility in working different shifts.
• Previous retail customer service experience is a plus.
