We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team at Central Vermont Medical Center. As a member of our rehabilitation team, you will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing personalized therapy programs, and maintaining professional expertise.

Position Summary:

• Evaluate patients and design effective physical therapy programs.
• Maintain professional expertise and promote personal growth.

Basic Knowledge:

• Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy or equivalent.
• Vermont State License or eligibility required.
• BLS training preferred.

Experience:

• Proficiency in all phases of assigned duties within three to six months.
