Responsibilities

• Provide individualized care to patients and support the clinical team.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Collaborate with mentors and network with industry professionals.
• Participate in ongoing education and skills development.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current or soon-to-be licensed dental hygienist in Missouri.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required).
• Excellent knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and patient care.
• CPR Certification.

Preferred Experience

• Previous clinical experience.
• Experience with dental technologies and EMR systems.
• Commitment to continuing education and patient care.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform essential duties with or without accommodations.
• Comfortable with prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
• Capability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds.
• Availability for training sessions throughout the year.
