We are currently seeking Dental Assistants to join our team at Metro Dentalcare in St. Louis Park, MN. This is a full-time position, Monday through Thursday. Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding patient care with full clinical autonomy.
• Collaborate effectively with the dental team to ensure the best care for patients.
• Maintain patient records and documentation accurately.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current dental hygienist license in MN.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene.
• Excellent knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and patient care.
• CPR Certification.

Preferred Experience

• New Graduate or years of clinical experience.
• Proficiency in using dental technology such as Velscope and digital x-rays.
• Desire for continuous learning and professional growth.
• Ability to meet clinical needs as required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform essential duties with or without accommodation.
• Prolonged periods of sitting and standing during work hours.
• Capability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds when needed.
• Availability for periodic virtual or in-person training sessions.
