Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding patient care and support the patient care team.
• Participate in a hygiene mentor program to enhance clinical skills.
• Collaborate with a practice manager and a highly trained team for optimal patient care.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current dental hygienist license in MN.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene.
• Excellent knowledge of dentistry and dental hygiene procedures.
• CPR Certification.

Preferred Experience

• New Graduate or years of clinical experience.
• Experience with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, and electronic medical record systems.
• Desire to continue learning and growing clinical skills.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform essential duties with or without accommodations.
• Prolonged periods sitting and standing.
• Capacity to lift and carry up to 45 pounds.
