Director, Global Medical Affairs, Neuroscience-Sleep (Remote)

We are seeking a Director, Global Medical Affairs, Neuroscience-Sleep to join our team. This remote position involves developing and implementing medical affairs strategies for the sleep molecule, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with international regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of an integrated Global Medical Affairs Strategy and Plan for the sleep molecule.
• Collaborate with regional and global Medical Affairs teams to represent medical perspectives in global matrix teams.
• Drive the execution of scientific, medical, and strategic communications globally.
• Develop and execute evidence generation plans and strategies.
• Maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and contribute to product lifecycle management.

Requirements:

• 7-10 years of experience in Medical Affairs or clinical development in neurosciences, with a focus on Sleep.
• Clinical experience in Neurology/Psychiatry highly desired.
• Ability to develop and execute Global Medical Affairs Strategies and Plans.
• Strong organizational skills, customer focus, and professionalism.
• Doctorate degree required, MD degree strongly preferred.
