Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities
- Supervise operations of up to six stores within the district.
- Lead and motivate employees to drive sales growth.
- Develop and implement action plans to improve operating results.
- Ensure adherence to company merchandising plans and policies.
- Recruit and train qualified staff members.
- Monitor store conditions and employee performance to maintain a safe environment.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
