Executive Director, Late-Stage Oncology Clinical Operations

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Executive Director of Late-Stage Oncology Clinical Operations to lead our team at Jazz Pharmaceuticals. As a global biopharmaceutical company committed to transforming the lives of patients, we are seeking an individual who can drive the execution and delivery of our Oncology Phase 1-3 pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Direct all operational aspects of the late-stage oncology clinical development pipeline.
• Provide leadership in strategic operational planning and project management.
• Mentor and develop staff, ensuring project goals are met efficiently.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence.
• Manage relationships with investigational sites, CRAs, and CROs.

Requirements

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry with at least 10 years in oncology.
• Strong knowledge of clinical research, ICH GCPs, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
