Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

We are looking for a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our innovative primary care team at One Medical. As a key member of our practice, you will have the opportunity to manage a diverse patient panel, conduct in-office and virtual visits, collaborate with clinical teams, and use your specific clinical training to deliver exceptional care. Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with various acute, chronic, and well visit needs.
• Provide in-office and tele-health visits, utilizing your clinical skills.
• Participate in ongoing learning opportunities and collaboration with clinical teams.
• Perform in-office procedures and utilize technology to deliver top-notch care.

Requirements

• Completed accredited FNP or PA program with national certification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in outpatient primary care setting.
• State licensed in New York by start date.
• Demonstrated passion for human-centered primary care and strong communication skills.
