Job Description

The Rounds is seeking enthusiastic and goal-driven Field Sales Representatives to join our team. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be the face of our mission to make everyday choices effortless and sustainable. You will play a crucial role in acquiring new Members by promoting our sustainable grocery delivery service at various pop-up events.

Responsibilities

• Educate potential Members about The Rounds' sustainable grocery delivery offering at pop-up events.
• Exceed new Member acquisition targets using persuasive sales techniques.
• Ensure successful onboarding of new Members.
• Contribute feedback to improve event setup, sales strategies, and product offerings.

• Experience in sales with a focus on achieving targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for sustainability and entrepreneurship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Available to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Compensation

This position offers competitive hourly rates with uncapped commission, providing an opportunity for on-target earnings of over $38/hour. Performance-based bonuses are also available.
