Fitness Studio Lead

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Fitness Studio Lead to join the VASA Fitness team as the Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead (GFSTL). In this role, you will report to the General Manager and oversee Group Fitness Instructors & Studio Coaches. The position offers a competitive pay range of $17.50-$19.00 per hour with additional commission and bonus opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and manage Group Fitness Instructors & Studio Coaches.
• Maximize Studio and Group Fitness usage to achieve key performance indicators.
• Create competitive and convenient class schedules that drive member engagement.
• Ensure a world-class member experience by maintaining clean and safe spaces and executing flawless programming.
• Train, coach, and support ongoing instructor development to deliver high-energy and motivating classes.
• Establish a culture of enthusiasm, passion, and accountability within the team.
