Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and driven Fitness Studio Lead to join VASA Fitness. As the Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead (GFSTL), you will play a crucial role in creating an uplifting fitness experience for our members. You will be responsible for growing active STUDIO memberships, maximizing Group Fitness usage, and ensuring exceptional class schedules that promote community and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and staff talented instructors and coaches to drive club traffic and member engagement.
• Analyze performance to achieve financial targets and KPIs, driving STUDIO and Group Fitness attendance.
• Deliver a world-class member experience by maintaining clean, safe spaces and executing flawless programming.
• Train, coach, and support ongoing instructor development to ensure high-quality classes and continuous improvement.
• Provide exceptional customer service, address member concerns, and create a culture of enthusiasm and passion.
