Fitness Studio Lead

Job Description

We are looking for a Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead (GFSTL) to join VASA Fitness, a certified 'Great Place to Work'. In this role, you will be responsible for creating an inclusive, accessible, and on-trend fitness experience for our members. The GFSTL will lead a team of Group Fitness Instructors & Studio Coaches, ensuring the achievement of STUDIO and Group Fitness KPIs through engaging classes that build community and motivate our members.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and staff qualified talent to drive club traffic and member engagement.
• Analyze performance to surpass financial targets and KPIs, driving STUDIO and Group Fitness attendance.
• Deliver a world-class member experience through flawless execution of playbooks, initiatives, and programming.
• Train, coach, and support ongoing development of instructors and coaches.
• Ensure members receive exceptional service and care, fostering connections and community.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in fitness management or a related field.
• Strong leadership skills with a passion for fitness and team development.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Certifications in fitness instruction or personal training preferred.
