Fleet Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Fleet Maintenance Technician to join our team at Prestige Fleet Services. As part of our fast-growing fleet maintenance network, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and a supportive leadership team. Your main responsibilities will include performing repairs and inspections on various Class 6-8 trucks and trailers, overseeing maintenance procedures, managing inventory, and completing necessary documentation accurately and in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and inspections on Class 6-8 trucks and trailers.
• Schedule and oversee all maintenance procedures, including preventive maintenance and DOT inspections.
• Manage inventory on the service truck and obtain parts from local vendors.
• Accurately complete necessary documentation, including DOT forms.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of diesel and trailer repair experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work extended hours.
• Valid Driver’s License and basic computer skills required.
• Ability to use a computer/tablet for electronic processing of work orders.
