Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated FSQR Technician to join Cargill's protein and salt business in Fort Morgan, CO. As part of a global team committed to sustainable food production, you will play a key role in ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
Principal Accountabilities
- Monitor HACCP, SSOP, and quality specifications adherence.
- Perform root cause analysis for deviations.
- Write Food Safety Corrective Action reports.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with 2 years of related experience.
- Experience in manufacturing or similar fast-paced environments.
- Ability to work with hand tools and lift up to 20 lbs.
- Proficiency in English and basic computer skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous food safety or quality experience.
- Previous Cargill experience preferred.
