Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day store operations, supervising staff, ensuring high levels of customer service, and maintaining store performance. Your responsibilities will include developing action plans, training and developing team members, monitoring inventory, and ensuring store cleanliness and organization.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
• Prior management experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
