Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a critical role in managing store operations, supervising the team, and ensuring excellent customer service. This position involves creating action plans, developing team members, and maintaining store standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing action plans to enhance store performance.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities to improve team performance.
• Maintain store cleanliness, product quality, and proper signage.
• Supervise day-to-day operations, ensuring customer service excellence.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of retail experience, with prior management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
