Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in managing day-to-day store operations, supervising the team, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include developing operational action plans, training and developing team members, maintaining inventory, and upholding company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to improve store performance.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of retail experience, with prior management experience preferred.
