Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will assist in managing day-to-day store activities, ensuring overall store performance, developing action plans, and training and growing the team. You will play a key role in maintaining a positive customer experience and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing action plans to enhance operational results.
- Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
- Identify training opportunities to improve team performance.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to company values and strategies.
- Provide feedback on products and participate in the hiring process.
- Maintain store cleanliness and proper stock levels.
- Supervise daily operations and ensure high levels of customer service.
- Comply with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Prior retail experience and management skills preferred.
