Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing store activities, developing operational plans, and fostering team growth. With a starting wage of $23.50 per hour, this position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team, ensure store performance, and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing action plans to enhance store operations.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities to improve team performance.
• Maintain store cleanliness, stock levels, and product quality.
• Supervise day-to-day operations, ensuring high levels of customer service.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while upholding store security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Prior retail experience, with management experience preferred.
• Basic math skills and the ability to operate store equipment.
• Meet state and local requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.
