Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will assist with supervising daily store activities, managing schedules, developing action plans, and fostering team growth. The Assistant Store Manager plays a crucial role in maintaining store performance and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to enhance store operations.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities to improve team performance.
• Monitor the competitive environment and make necessary adjustments.
• Provide feedback on products and actively participate in the hiring process.
• Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising standards, and product quality.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Prior retail experience required, with management experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
