Key Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Handle customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays neatly.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Follow company policies and procedures while upholding security and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
• Skilled in using equipment like a hand jack, floor scrubber, and cardboard baler.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
