Full Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full Time Store Associate to join Aldi's dynamic team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-maintained and providing exceptional customer service. This position offers a starting wage of $17.50 per hour for 32-40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Enhance the customer shopping experience by maintaining a clean and organized store.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with the store management team.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a secure and confidential environment.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment efficiently and safely.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
