Job Description

We are looking for a Full Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain clean displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
• Perform general cleaning duties to uphold company standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is desirable.
