Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers by merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core values and competencies in everyday tasks.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash handling policies.
• Adhere to company policies while ensuring data security and confidentiality.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the management team.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and follow company guidelines.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is advantageous.
