Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. This role involves merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store is in top condition to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. As a Store Associate, you will collaborate with the Aldi team, deliver outstanding customer service, and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the required Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
• Communicate openly with team members and store management.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to enhance store operations.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash handling policies.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security protocols.
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves and lifting up to 45 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties efficiently.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
