As a Full Time Store Associate at Aldi, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store maintains a welcoming environment for customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness standards. By working collaboratively with the Aldi team, you will provide exceptional customer service and contribute to a positive shopping experience for all patrons.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Deliver top-notch customer service by assisting shoppers and communicating effectively with team members.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues to management.
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
