Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide exceptional service
• Stock shelves, process purchases, and maintain cleanliness in the store
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and uphold company procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and various equipment
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Prior retail experience preferred

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Combination of education and experience in retail
