Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, cleaning, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly with management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to management.
• Assist in store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Follow cash handling procedures to minimize discrepancies.
• Adhere to company policies while maintaining data security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and cash handling skills.
• Operate equipment efficiently and follow cleaning standards.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Attention to detail, organization, and multitasking abilities.
• Meet state and local requirements for alcohol handling.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail work experience.
• A combination of education and experience is acceptable.
