Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, products are stocked, and customers receive excellent service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining store cleanliness.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate exceptional customer service and teamwork.
• Operate cash registers efficiently and accurately.
• Stock shelves, maintain merchandise displays, and keep the store organized.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct store inventory counts, and report any discrepancies.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
