In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. By providing exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will contribute to an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and ensure neat product displays.
• Assist customers, communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Manage inventory, monitor accuracy, and provide feedback on products and processes.
• Adhere to cash policies, company standards, and security procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in customer service, cash register operation, and equipment handling.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• High School Diploma preferred, with retail experience as a plus.
