Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment, ensuring an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Enhance customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Stock shelves, maintain merchandise displays, and process customer purchases.
• Conduct inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and uphold company standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
