Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

Join the ALDI team as a Full-Time Store Associate, dedicating 32-40 hours per week to merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. Collaborate with colleagues to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the shopping experience for our patrons.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers, communicate effectively with team and management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Physical Demands

• Stock merchandise and handle products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Engage in various physical activities such as bending, lifting, and walking.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Efficient cashier operations and equipment handling skills.
• Ability to follow company policies, communicate clearly, and work independently or in a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of retail operations.
