Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store maintains a clean and organized environment, offers exceptional customer service, and upholds ALDI's standards. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, maintaining inventory accuracy, and collaborating effectively with team members.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays neatly, and monitor inventory levels.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Follow company policies and procedures while ensuring store security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and handle merchandise.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
